WOW ! How great is this Challenge! Well, I have got my creative juices flowing for this one. My sister, Penny & Hubby, just celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary and I wanted to make a special card for their Special day. Because 50th anniversary represents "Gold", I used a lot of gold glimmer paper for the card. I also used vellum with tiny gold hearts and embossed the vellum using the "Fancy Fan embossing folder," and placed them on top of the gold foil paper. This also gave the card a Vintage look. The Building Block Card became the perfect way to show off all the elements.

My goodness, Heather, what a terrific card! You can feel the love which went into creating it. No wonder you wanted it to be special---a 50th Anniversary doesn't come along every day. Love your use of foils and glitters and that inside---perfectly wonderful. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a spectacular card for a 50th Anniversary! Your gold theme is spot on and the tri-fold allows for those special extra panels. Very nicely done! Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteHeather, you sure have created a masterpiece to honour a 50th anniversay! Love all the details and the gold theme is, of course, so appropriate. Congratulations to "Penny and Hubby"! Thanks for sharing with us at Watercooler Wednesday.
