WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE WWC 164 - MARSHA'S FEMININE "ANYTHING GOES" CHALLENGE

Yesterday was Mom's Birthday.  She is 96 year's young.    I tried to  post on her birthday, but system would not let me import the pictures.    She had an awesome day.   My sister and husband and sister-in-law and brother took her to her favorite Chinese Restaurant for lunch.    She loved the card!     Her vision is very poor, but the bright colors got her attention.

I saw this technique some months ago and I decided to make Mom a "Wow" Birthday card.  It is called a "Cascading  Card".

  1. Wow, Heather, what a gorgeous card and what a milestone birthday. Each additional year truly is a gift, isn't it? Even with her poor vision, your mother should love the bright and springlike colours of your beautiful, cascading card. What a special card, and so exquisitely crafted, you've created for her. Those flowers are wonderful. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

  2. Absolutely stunning card Heather. The pictures simply don't do it justice. When I showed it to mom she was delighted and loved the pretty colours she could see. The arrangement of flowers and the DSP really complimented one another on this card. Great technique, great card! Thanks for sharing your project at the "Feminine" Anything Goes challengeat the Watercooler this week. Love it!
