WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY CHALLENGE WWC156-PENNY'S FEMININE "ANYTHING GOES" CHALLENGE

 
Hi Everyone!   Well, another week has gone flitting by, and time to create a card for this challenge.    The Hostess this week is my sister Penny, and I just love the card she created.  It reminded me so much of "summer days" and barbecues and crisp watermelons to eat.    Check out all the Watercooler Artists and be inspired by their beautiful cards!
 
For my card I thought of sitting at a "Charming Cafe", with my sister or a friend and enjoying the day.

    Hi Heather, I just love that charming cafe bundle! Love the way you've used it for your card, too, and wish I could join you there for a nice cup of tea or coffee. Using the Colour Theory DSP really added a lot of texture to the background and gives the card a rustic feel. Great use of colours, too. Love all the pages of this special fold.     Oh Heather, I definitely want to be sitting at that café with you! What a fabulous feminine friendship card. I love the window onto the café and the little chairs and tables just beckoning us to sit a while. The card style is so unique and fits this stamp set so well. You've really done a nice job on colouring and layering this little beauty.
