Lots of inspirational ideas from the Design Team. I decided to follow Deborah's sketch, and have the design on the side. My card uses Design Paper that I haven't used in a long time and a Stamp Set by Penny Black. This is a Masculine card for a birthday. As you can see...the DSP is gorgeous. I couldn't resist having it inside the card as well. The silver adds some panache' on the front and inside.

Hi Heather, what a great masculine card. You've used Deb's sketch so well, especially having that subtle pattern in the background DSP. Love the colours you've chosen for your cardstocks and inks. It's the little extra touches I like so much. The silver stickies, the way you complete the theme on the inside of your card, the clean lines. Love it! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your honourable mention last week at the Watercooler. You've managed to create another great masculine card Heather for this challenge too. I love the stamp set and the background papers. Very fitting.
ReplyDeleteGreat card, Heather! I really like the stamp you used, and the pop of silver embossing is a lovely highlight! Thanks for playing along with my sketch challenge for Watercooler Wednesday! ~Deborah
