WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY WWC 217 - MICHELLE'S MASCULINE "ANYTHING GOES" CHALLENGE

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!    Hope that the Easter Bunny was good to you! Love that chocolate!  Today we have lots of sunshine and it is warmer!    Yeh!

Last Saturday I went to "Stampin Up Onstage" in downtown Vancouver and got to see all the " new stuff".  Wait until you see it!  I also met Gail Allen from the Design Team.     I made 15 make and takes for card swapping and they were all gone before I even registered.    Note to self:  next time make more.   I received some beautiful swaps.   What fun we had!   

My card for the Masculine challenge is using the beautiful "Let it Ride" stamp set.     I was inspired by Heidi's card this week and made my own version from this beautiful stamp set.

Cardstock:  Whisper White, Emerald Envy, Peek a Boo Peach, dsp - Colorful Seasons & Flowering Fields

Ink:  Memento Black, Cucumber Crush, marker's 

Technique:  Horizontal Pop Up Card

I love this card fold.    It is so easy to do.   Lots of layering, but it is fast to put together and makes such a beautiful layout.  Play along in the challenge and check out the Design Team's cards and be inspired.    Go to WWC217 for more information.

WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY WWC 216 - DAWN'S "ALL ABOUT OCCASIONS" CHALLENGE - WATERCOOLER ROCKER!

GUESS WHAT! THIS WEEK I AM A WATERCOOLER ROCKER!   THANK YOU LADIES!    HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!   HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!   🐇

Thought I would share a couple of Easter cards that I made for my Grandchildren.    They were so fun to make!   I also bought a couple of gift cards and enclosed them.  

Don't you just love that grass!   It is from a Sushi tray and they use it to separate from the Wasabi!   It is perfect for cards.

Ink:  Black

Misc.:  Framed Tulips embossing folder, Grass from a Sushi Tray,

Various Marker's, Bunny punch

Technique:   Folded Window Frame  (found instructions on U-Tube)

Don't you just love these little bunny's with their little bow ties peeking out of the window?

WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY WWC 215 - DONNA'S FEMININE "ANYTHING GOES" CHALLENGE

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday was my Mom's Birthday and she is now a young 97!   We took her out to her favorite restaurant where she can have Gluten Free pasta!   She is a Celiac and can only eat gluten-free or she becomes very ill.   The waitress was so sweet and when Mom's special dessert came it had a sparkler in it.   My mom's eyes just lit up like a child's.   It was a very Special moment.   I know you will like the card I made for her.

Stamp Sets:  Needle & Thread, Climbing Roses

Cardstock:  Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White

Ink:  Blackberry Bliss, Opal Polish - Golden Glow, Pink thistle

Misc.: Rose Trellis Dies, Corner Rounder Punch, Country Floral E.F.

Technique:  Two different colors of Cosmic Shimmer rubbed on an embossed Card stock image.   Amazing results.  I used the Country Floral embossing folder and the colors and images came to life with the shimmer.
